When you run the Studio's "Configure Database Connection" wizard, you are prompted to configure a connection to some database. This becomes the 'default' connection settings for the workspace. The default connection information is used when creating new tables in the workspace and also when connecting to existing tables.
You can adjust, or change these connection settings at any time by running the wizard again.
Follow the wizard prompts to configure the default connection for the current workspace.
The New Workspace wizard allows you to set the Database Connection for your workspace when you first create it.
