This option allows you to copy rows from one table to another, providing that both table already exist (although entries in the Filelists do not have to exist). The process will copy rows from matching column names only.
To copy rows, select Copy Rows from the Maintenance menu. Select the table from which rows are to be copied and click Open. You may select a table from a different workspace by navigating to it, but don’t forget to navigate back in the next dialog, where you select the table to which you want the rows copied, then click Open.
New rows are appended after any rows already in the receiving table, and duplicate rows will not be copied. A file named CopyRec.log is written to the Data directory of the receiving table’s workspace to show which rows were copied and any errors.
