This property can be set to specify order of day, month and year for date values in your application's data entry objects (DEOs).
By default, this property is set to the default date format returned by the host server's operating system. Set this property to some other value to override the server's default date format.
Valid date format values are: "mm/dd/yyyy", "dd/mm/yyyy" or "yyyy/mm/dd". Example:
Set psDateFormat to "dd/mm/yyyy"
Note that this property only changes how the JavaScript Engine handles dates. Date values are transmitted in a fixed format and are handled on the server in DataFlex in the local format of that server.
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.See Also
