Description

This property controls whether or not a scrollbar should be shown in a particular panel when its contents overflow its height.

This property defaults to False, which reduces the chance of unwanted scrollbars appearing in container objects.

Set this property to True if you want a container (cWebPanel or other container) to show a scrollbar when its content exceed its height.

For the cWebView class, however, this property defaults to True. This means that a view that is higher than the height of the web application (usually the browser's client height) will scroll.

About Web Properties
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.
