Description

OnBlur is an event that triggers when the application user tabs or clicks away from a control that had the focus. This event can be handled by writing a client-side JavaScript routine.

Set psClientOnBlur to the name of the JavaScript function to fire when the control loses the focus.

Note: JavaScript function names are case-sensitive. You must ensure that the value of this property matches the name of the JavaScript function and its case.

Note: This event can also be handled on the server. Set the pbServerOnBlur property to instruct the client to send the OnBlur event to the control's server-side object. Focus-related events such as OnBlur and OnFocus do not work well with server-side handlers. This is partly due to the inherent latency of server calls. If possible, it is better to use a client-side handler for OnBlur.

For more information see Client-Side Events.

About Web Properties
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.
