The text color of the control's label, using HTML color codes. This is typically controlled by the current theme's (psTheme) Cascading Style Sheets (CSS).
The list of basic color keywords is: aqua, black, blue, fuchsia, gray, green, lime, maroon, navy, olive, purple, red, silver, teal, white, and yellow. The color names are case-insensitive. See http://www.w3.org/TR/css3-color/#html4 for more information.

This property does not apply to the cWebLabel class. Please use psTextColor for cWebLabel.
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.See Also
