Set psClientOnChange to the name of the JavaScript function to fire when the control loses the focus and the control's value has been modified.

Note: JavaScript function names are case-sensitive. You must ensure that the value of this property matches the name of the JavaScript function and its case.

About Web Properties
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
