When a grid (or list) is data-aware, it utilizes a Server DataDictionary object (DDO) to populate its rows and perform database operations and its columns will have data bindings (Entry_Item). The view or dialog containing the grid must have a data dictionary object structure that serves data to the grid.

A grid (or list) that is not data-aware will populate its rows and perform any desired actions by implementing the appropriate interfaces.

Set pbDataAware to True to specify that it is a data aware grid, set False to specify a non-data-aware grid. The default value is True.

For more information about data aware and non-data aware lists and grids, see cWebList and cWebGrid.

About Web Properties
Each web property maintains two values: The regular property value is set during object creation and should not be changed during the lifetime of that object. To access that value, use the standard property Get and Set syntax.
The web property value is the local value stored at each client. This is synchronized to the client's local value whenever a server call is being processed. To access the web property value, use the WebGet and WebSet syntax above instead of the standard Get and Set syntax.
