GetBreadcrumbCaption gets the breadcrumb control's (cWebBreadcrumb) breadcrumb value for this view.

The messages SetHeaderCaption, SetBreadCrumbCaption, GetHeaderCaption, GetBreadCrumbCaption, psCaption and pbShowCaption are all used to control view captions. This is described in detail under SetHeaderCaption.
